Gujarati drama “Patni Nachave Bhagwan Baachave” is coming on Thursday February 23, 2012. There will be $10.00 entrance fee and Dinner from 6-7PM. Drama starts at 7:30 PM.

Another Gujarati Drama “PATI THAYO AE PATI GAYO” is coming on Thursday March 1, 2012. There will be $10.00 entrance fee and Dinner from 6-7PM. Drama starts at 7:30 PM.

There will be a general meeting & election for a committee on February 26, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at Shree Ram Hindu Community Center Cartersville, Ga. Enclosed also you will find a copy of the Candidacy form for new committee members for the year 2012, and rules regarding Election. We have a vacancy of 6 new committee members. Who ever is interested to join a committee need to mail original copy of Election form to Jagdishbhai K. Patel Marietta, no later than Friday February 18, 2012. For validity of the form, mail should have postal stamp no later than Feb 18, 2012. (Fax candidate form will not be accepted).
Rules for the candidacy:
1 ) Candidate must be 21 years of old.
2 ) Candidate must be a continuous paid member of the Samaj for last two years. 3 ) Mail the original copy of Election form to Jagdishbhai K. Patel Marietta, no later than Friday February 18, 2012. For validity of the form letter should have postal stamp no later than Feb 18, 2012. (Fax candidate form will not be accepted).
4 ) Last day to pull your candidacy is February 24, 2012 and must be done by fax only.
5 ) If we do not received any or enough candidacy forms ,the election committee will decide the
names. The members of election committee are J K Patel, Kantu Patel & Suryakant Patel.
6 ) Any one who has paid a membership fee for the year 2011, his/her spouse will have the
right to vote.
7 ) Only paid members have the right to ask questions.
8 ) Candidate must be present during the election. Absent member’s names will not be
accepted.
